V – Anti-SOPA Campaign by Pezcado

I have found this well done poster designs by Pezcado on the web. He ia a young and talented graphic design student from Montral and I wanna share it with you guys!

The SOPA bill is one of the main subject on the web at the moment. Since I am, like many others, against this law, I thought I had do something to join the fight. I took my inspiration in the old propaganda posters from the two World Wars. The paintings (and the sculpture) in the background have been chosen to support the message delivered by the typography and to add more depth to the meaning the pictures. The colors have been chosen for the same reasons. I’ve tried to have fun while doing it. But, as a student in graphic design, I’ve also tried to apply some of the notions I’ve learned.

Well, I think you know my affectation for the design of the 1970s and ’80s, so I’ve collected some of the best Science Fiction Poster ever.
