Simon Geismar and Poire A Lavement are two guys from France with a big heart for good electronic music. They established Middle Finger Music as Platform for talented Pruducers and DJs around the globe, to give them the chance to have a real promotion and communication. Middle Finger Music wants to democratise some different genres, it can be everything, like violent or smiling but it have to be special, unique, melodic and hard worked. STUCK! FESTIVAL 2011 – Salzburg, Austria

Festival City Salzburg – hmm, sounds a bit strange but it’s true! Stuck!, the indoor Club Festival convinced again with a superb lineup on three days at the Rockhouse Salzburg. It’s almost a must, not only for Indy-Disco-Kids! The spectrum is really wide and interesting for all kinds of intelligent Indy, Pop, Club, Avantgarde and Alternative Musiclovers. Some of the brilliant headliners are: Metronomy (UK), Block Party DJ Set (UK), Handsome Furs (CAN), Apparat Band (GER) or WhoMadeWho (DK). More bands to be announced soon! A Fistful of DJs from the “Yeah!Club DJ Team” and “DJs für eine bessere Welt“ makes the pot full. The “DJs for a better World” are full of pleasant anticipation and bringing us a Mix with most of the Bands from the lineup! It’s very tasty, you’ll find the DL-link at the bottom of this post.

Dreieck ∆ Records

Austria is famous for good food, high mountains, Mozart and some other touristic stuff, but now got this small and cosy country a new attraction. Dreieck ∆ Records from Vienna is a new and highly motivated electro label with a lot of talented acts like Partysmartie from Los Angeles, Andy`s Ill from Canada, Cop Dickie from Germany and Wasted Basterds from Belgium. Head and founder of the label is DJ Krool Kicks aka Dom Kardashian. He released also  a brand new remix of Marilyn Manson’s – This is the new shit, which sounds really, really bold. So, if you like the sound of Dreieck ∆ Records, go and buy some of their releases and support this cool label! Kanye West feat. Bon Iver, Jay Z, Rick Ross and Nicki Minaj kickin’ some monster Raps and try to shock us with a very morbid video, directed by Jake Nava. It’s too obscene for MTV and other Music Channels, so they banned it from the screen. Nicki Minaj verse is by far the best part of the song and it makes a lot fun to watch her double role as black Dominatrix and on the other side as pink haired Barbydoll. Not only the video is hot like hell, there are also some good remixes on the Interweb. The lesson is clear . . . George A. Romero would love it!
